Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; the underlying Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. A reference to that platform is therefore deliberately absent here.

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

This website links to external pages in a few places — in particular to crisis lines and support services. We have no influence over their content. At the time of linking they were reachable and their content gave no cause for objection. If we become aware of a legal infringement, we will remove the link without delay.
