Today
Two sliders, ten seconds: how full your day feels, how close you feel. When both halves are in, a shared tone for the day appears — and a suggestion that fits it.
Relationship companion for couples
A daily look together, guided conversations and small rituals — making visible what lives between you.
What Kintso is for
Kintso is that place — for couples with nothing to repair, who notice they are drifting apart.
Four rooms
Two sliders, ten seconds: how full your day feels, how close you feel. When both halves are in, a shared tone for the day appears — and a suggestion that fits it.
Graded by what you have room for: a wordless sign, a question of the day, a guided conversation, an evening just for the two of you.
Your own ground — with or without a partner. A journal that stays with you, a shared pause when it gets to be too much, and a quiet route to professional help.
What you practise grows where you can see it. Practices you plant yourselves, and blooms for the moments that count.
Every day
Each of you on your own, without seeing the other. Only once both halves are in does a shared tone appear — and that is something other than two opinions side by side.
Without words
No text, no question, no answer. A thread travels from you to your partner and fades again — that is all it is, and often all it needs to be.
Another example
You both get the same question and answer it on your own. Nothing is revealed until both are in — until then you see nothing.
What everyday sound tells you all is well with us?
One example
In an Echo dialogue, one of you writes. The other reads — later, when there is time — and first gives back what landed. Only then is it their turn.
Once a week
No planning, no negotiating, no “so what shall we do”. At nine the evening comes to you — together with the one line everything else founders on: what to pick up on the way home.
9:00Tonight is Date Night.
The evening with closed eyes
You’ll needa blindfold or a scarf
Which was easier — leading or being led?
When it gets too much
One of you holds the button. Both screens go quiet — no more typing, no last word. Just a breath and a time running down.
Over time
You choose what fits the two of you and plant it. Once you have lived it, you say so — each of you separately, whenever you like. On the first of the month the bed stands open again: nothing carries over, nothing breaks off.

In Japan, broken bowls are mended with gold. The seam is not hidden — it becomes the most beautiful part of the piece. Kintsugi is the name of that craft. A relationship that has come through something is not the one where nothing ever broke.
What we stand behind
What goes where, without softening, is in the privacy policy.
Common questions
For the shared parts, yes — the daily look only becomes a tone once both halves are in, and an Echo dialogue needs someone to answer. A good deal works alone, though: the journal, the anchor, the daily reflections.
One of you downloads the app, creates an account and receives an invitation code. The other enters it, and you are connected. That is all — no questionnaire, no assessment.
There is a free part and a subscription — Kintso Plus. Free are the daily look, the anchor, the journal, the daily reflections and 123 of the 385 questions. All 35 practices are readable; 30 of them can also be planted. The subscription holds the remaining questions, the evenings for two, the chronicle and the AI companion. We will name the price once it is settled — a number we would still change helps nobody.
No. What you write in the journal stays with you — not as a promise, but as an access rule on the server. What gets shared is what you share: an answer in an Echo dialogue, a check-in, a Kintsugi moment.
iPhone and Android. A browser version is not planned — a room for two belongs in your hand, not in a tab next to work.
The connection is dissolved, and the shared part ends with it. An archive of your time together stays reachable for thirty days; after that, access falls away. What was yours alone stays yours.
What goes where is set out in the privacy policy — without softening.
When more is needed
Sometimes the quiet place is not enough. Then you can take a sheet with you from Kintso — shared ground for the first session. Kintso does not suggest this and measures nothing towards it: you decide when the time has come, and you put together yourselves what comes along.
Kintso — Shared ground
For a first session. Created with the consent of both partners.
And what Kintso is not
Kintso accompanies you in everyday life, not in an emergency. It is not a medical device, not therapy and not a substitute for professional advice.
If things become acute, please reach a crisis line or emergency services. Where to find one: findahelpline.com — the line for your own country, in more than 130 countries.
Kintso is inspired by the principles of evidence-based relationship research (including CBT, the work of the Gottman Institute, and Imago Therapy). Kintso is not a medical device and has no official affiliation with these institutes.
Soon
The app is coming to iPhone and Android. If you are here because you are waiting for it — write to us, and we will get back to you.
